Bríd began her yoga journey as a teenager in 2011, seeking stress relief through the practice of ashtanga yoga. Over time, she discovered yoga as a profound path to self-discovery and homecoming. In 2023, Bríd completed her 200-hour teacher training with Himalaya Valley. Beyond yoga, she is passionate about educational psychology, learning and developing connection. Bríd finds joy in both practicing and sharing the transformative power of yoga with others.
